Each person is different and has a different metabolism, there are people who can at whateer they want at no matter what hour, and stay fit;and there are people who get fat even when they drink water, but this doesn't mean they are healthy. We must be careful what we eat, and how much, because we maybe eating, while not nourishing our body with the necessary nutrients esential for our health, without all the minerals and vitamins in a healthy product.
I think that we do not live to eat, but we should only eat to live. I don't mean by this to starve... I mean we should eat healthy food. The calories in a portion of soup, a portion of barbecue with vegetables is the same with a package of chips. The difference between the two is that the first plate is healthy and nourishes our whole body, while the second offers us only fake calories and helps us get fat+in time we might suffer from "ulcer". And don't forget about all the heart and blood pressure problems when we are overweight.
