"The Queen of Quock" is a nice, simple, refreshing fairy tale, I liked that I found comical remarks made in the simple logic of a child not intended to hurt somebody: "Can't I marry a mother instead?"; " If I must marry at all, I prefer to marry Nyana, the armorer's daughter", also, all he wanted from his future wife was to be "as dainty as possible" and "a good playfellow" those two make perfect sense in our adult thinking as well. Here is no violence implied, not in finding the guilty for loosing the money, neither in the punishment of the counselor and Lady Mary Ann.
