It is curious to see how various elements from other stories have created roots among them. I found the tale of Bluebeard present here. Of course, it is different from the original, but the common elements are present: interdiction, the violation of interdiction, punishment. However, it is worth noticing that in this story, the interdiction and violation of interdiction appear twice and, especially the second time, the violation of interdiction appears to have good consequences. I like the rigorous connections you managed to identify between this tale and other stories or novels from around the world, elaborated in different periods of time. |
